Environmental Factors
Have you notiece any changes in your sleep environment from the point when your sellp problems began? Changes in your living situation? Kids? Pets? New Pillow? New Matterss? Has your sleeping partner changed?
Most common environmental problems, once found, can easily be remedied. If noise is a problem, consider a white noise machine or ear plugs. If your sleep schedule has changed and light is affecting you, consider blackout curtians.
One common factor that affects sleep is your childern or pets. In each of these instances, the source of the problems need to be discovered before anything can be changed.
