Environmental Factors
Have you notice any changes in your sleep environment from the point when your sleep problems began? Changes in your living situation? Kids? Pets? New Pillow? New Mattress? Has your sleeping partner changed?

Most common environmental problems, once found, can easily be remedied. If noise is a problem, consider a white noise machine or ear plugs. If your sleep schedule has changed and light is affecting you, consider blackout curtains.

One common factor that affects sleep is your children or pets. In each of these instances, the source of the problems need to be discovered before anything can be changed.
